Client Satisfaction
We are committed to adding and creating value for our clients and we endeavour not to compromise on quality or service during periods of business growth.
We develop tailormade food service plans for our clients which take into account the specific requirements of the site and we ensure our clients are always satisfied with our services by following closely our personalised service level agreements. Through the use of key performance indicators we are also able to monitor and identify our strengths and weaknesses in every area which helps us to improve upon our existing service.
We endevour to help our clients achieve their own corporate objectives and responsibilities whether it be through helping to reduce the amount of waste we produce, the use of biodegradable packaging and chemicals or through the use of ethical and sustainable sourcing methods. By adopting these methods we are able to make a positive contribution to our catering sites.
Customer Satisfaction
We realise that in our industry there is always room for improvement and for this reason our company will never be complacent. We conduct regular customer and client surveys and use customer comments cards to monitor products and service. We use this feedback to continually develop and improve upon our performance. In addition, we receive regular visits from external Mystery Shoppers which helps us to monitor our customer satisfaction levels even more closely.
Suppliers
We have strict purchasing procedures in place to guarantee the origins and the safety of the products we use. We require full traceability of product and every supplier is vetted prior to being accepted into the supply chain. We are committed to the development of strong supplier relations and we encourage our suppliers to respect our business ethics and principles.
Performance Audits
We conduct regular site performance audits and we use these as a tool to measure our performance. This helps our site managers to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their site operation and helps us to focus upon areas requiring special attention.
Managing Risk
We believe that effectively managing risk is key to managing a successful business. For this reason our sites are regularly audited and our health and safety procedures constantly updated in line with current legislation. Each site has it’s own HACCP, Health and Safety Policy, Site Risk Assessment, COSHH, Safety Training Manual and Fire Risk Assessment and we ensure our employees receive training on each of these areas during their induction period and refreshment training throughout their period of employment with us.
